Breaking And Pre-Training

We usually tend to break yearlings that come from sales within the first few days upon arrival. We feel that they have already completed weeks of training prior to the sales and with most  of them usually having being introduced to a roller already, why not continue when the first breaking-in phase is already completed. Most young horses have an open mind and adapt quiet well to the the addition of a rider.

After a duration spent cantering on the grass we introduce them to the gallops. We try to educate every horse to lead on the gallops prior to being shipped onto their respective trainers. Both trainers and owners can be confident that we leave no stone unturned to make the transition from pre-training to full training as smooth as possible.

When we provide a service to our clients we want them to feel confident that the job is done right.  We have surrounded ourselves with some of the best trades people in the business, listed below are some of those.

John Dooley - Farrier
Seamus Daly - Dentist
